I know you see the Hollywood photos of stars who supposedly “just” had a baby, envying how they magically bounce back into their old self. The reality? A bit less glamorous and whole lot more work than anyone ever told you.
It’s okay – your body’s done remarkable things, and it’s changed. Time to love it again.
Let’s get you back to eating healthy, rocking your skinny jeans (again), feeling fab and confident in your own skin. It doesn’t have to as hard or as time-consuming as you think.
I work with frenzied, exhausted moms like you. The ones juggling kids, home life, and (perhaps) a full-time job like a mofo (as if wrangling kids and managing a household weren’t enough of a full-time gig).
The only problem is, you’ve been so busy wiping snotty noses, changing diapers and calming temper tantrums, your personal care and well-being has slipped.
Energy? Comes from caffeine and sugar.
Exercise? Is wrangling kids from the car to the grocery store and back again.
Meals? A handful of whatever’s scattered on the counter, grabbed as you dash past on your way to the next calling of laundry or “Mom!”
You’re so preoccupied with everyday craziness, that slamming something quick that at least resembles food on the table has replaced anything remotely healthy, other than the occasional salad or side of veggies.
In case we haven’t met yet, I’m Courtney, and I used to be you. Run-down, overweight, no-time-for-anything-but-kids stressed. The game-changer? Was challenging the good ol’ “Standard American Diet”, and taking matters into my own hands.

We’ll cover a range of topics (including a variety of kitchen skills) to help you start eating and living healthier and happier, without spending hours in the kitchen or doing crazy workouts, counting calories or sucking on smoothies and celery sticks all day. How is this program different from all the other weight loss programs and diets out there?
This program shows you just how easy eating healthy and loving your body again is – without heavy restrictions, counting calories, or time-intensive meal planning and preparation that makes it so tough to stick with new regimes. You will get results from this program from simple, everyday healthy changes.
I’m no Martha Stewart. Will this program teach me to cook too?
Yes! Not everyone’s as passionate about food and cooking as I am (or has the professional training), so I’ve made sure to include basic cooking and baking skills that will help make your journey back to health and vibrancy easier (and more fun!).
There are picky eaters in my house. How do I know they’ll eat the stuff I make?
To be real, you don’t – and neither do I. BUT, I can tell you I’ve had amazing results with picky eaters in my house just by making a few tweaks to the recipes. I’ll show you what to change and how so you can keep trying new things.
Does this course cover gluten-free, allergic and other special considerations?
Yes. We’ll cover meal planning and preparation to help you deal with special dietary needs.
Do you make meal plans for me with detailed shopping lists.
No. Sorry I don’t. One of the goals of this program is to teach you to be responsible for your planning and shopping and most important, learning what foods are the best for YOUR body. However, I do give lots of meal plan templates, recipes, my favorite meal planning websites, food blogs, and cookbooks. Don’t worry, I won’t let you struggle finding ideas or get overwhelmed!
What type of commitment do I need to make?
In order to get the most out of the program, you need to be present, participate, and be open to change. I know with my help and your commitment, we will be able to make big progress with your wellness goals. We will meet once a week for 1 to 1/2 hours depending on the week at a pre arranged time. You do not need to be on the call, but it is best if you are able to. All calls will be recorded and sent out the next day. You will also have a private Facebook group that you will be part to share your journey, and celebrate successes and get support where needed. You will also have email support directly to me during the 6 weeks. Remember, you get out of the program as much as you want to put into it. I will give you all the tools, support, support and knowledge you will need to be successful!
